We hope our customers understand we are a timed experience with a limited number of seats. It is our customers responsibility to be there at least 5 minutes before we open the gates. Gates are only open for a few minutes.

• 1 days prior-50% refund
• On the day/late- No refund available but if spaces available we will try to get you in that day. You may have to wait.

Otherwise a credit to come back in non peak periods (not school holidays or weekends) or to spend at the shark and ray rescue centre will be available (not for the gift shop) or you will be offered.
